Love your video - looks a bit scary! Yikes! One of the farms my family owned had hills with similar degrees of slope... down right dangerous at times. Where? Along coast range of Willamette Valley in Oregon .

Do you guys cut lands like flat farmers do or do you have to be unique on each area?

No, we have to follow the same route each year when cutting and often when seeding as well. The hills decide which way we can farm the field. Following the contour of the field, its farmed so we can stay on the hills.
