My wife and I enjoy watching your channel! Not quite sure we want to start growing just yet, but we will definitely be referencing your content when we do

Fix your mylar with 3M Velcro stickys. Normally they are used to hang pictures etc. without damaging the wall. I think they would be a permenant fix. They hold REALLY tight.

Last year I expanded into dahlia cuttings for the first time. I grew them without rooting hormone in tiny pots of straight vermiculite and I had a 100% return. This year I am trying something different to save a bit of my labour time. I am filling 2" pots half full of soil and the top half of vermiculite. The idea is that they start growing their roots in the sterile vermiculite and then the roots reach into the soil and I can ignore them - except for watering - until the roots appear at the bottom of the pot. 2-1/2 weeks in, they all look happy but of course its too soon for roots to reach the bottom.
