Em... What about pipette pre-wetting?

That is a great question. We checked with the pipetting experts at Eppendorf. Eppendorf does recommend pre-wetting as a best practice. Pre-wetting does not have as much effect on accuracy as the key practices Jordan highlighted in our Promega tutorial, but it can help ensure the utmost accuracy.
