Do you have any tips or sewing these bags with vinyl? I have been using your patterns for a long time & sometimes they don’t line up with bulkier fabric.

It’s because the measurements are not correct, such as the circumference of the front pocket panel. When you use vinyl you can’t adjust as you go.

They never line up, not even with thin fabric. If you measure at the sew line, it's a mess. It's not you, or the fabric. It's the pattern.

The circumference of the front pocket pieces are mismatched by over 1/2 inch. The binding interferes with being able to actually use the zipper. It’s kinda crazy how awful your patterns are as well as the directions. It would be so much easier if you didn’t cut out 4 squares for the credit card slots. Cut out a 4.5 in by 15.5 inch rectangle, measure the depth of each slot, fold and iron, then top stitch to create each slot, then baste to the interior fabric piece. This bag isn’t even functional for someone above the age of 20. I was trying to make this for a senior neighbor friend but she won’t even be able to stick her fingers past the binding pushing up against the zipper. What a waste of time and fabric.
