11:54 Its kind of funny. When I got my three shiny Pokemon in one outbreaks its was a baby Pokemon as well but a Cleffa. None of them were alpha's though. 13:00 Recently when I went to an Eevee outbreak in Obsidian Fieldlands, two out of the four Eevee's were shiny.
