Hello Peter and Joe. Love your content and have watched for two years. I came there this year to buy from you all and things went a bit sideways. Overall I loved working with my sales agent, but circumstances out of his control topped me from being a property. Recently I had another circumstance pop up also. Both as I understand it were out of his control, but it is frustrating. I obviously spent a good amount of time and $ , but more importune than that was the disappointment. I consider you all the best, so I am asking sincerely how I should temper my expectations when I fall in love with something and then when something that is not in a sales managers control pop up, what I should do.
