No they are not because the Government can kick you out of the country if you haven’t registered your property as a commercial Business, And you must pay the Business taxes on it. It’s a residential area so it’s illegal to use it as a Business air B&B…

Expert scammer more like , These properties are NOT investments, Your simply pay the full Rent up front on a 25 year contract lease agreement. STAY CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE, Think of them as Timeshare sales persons , Its a scam,

Thanks for stopping by again! I'd suggest you talk to one of our experts to let you know more about what an investment is. But to give you a quick summary: Julien's properties have a proven ROI of over 15% which means you'll get your investment back in around 5 years leaving you with good 20 years of passive income, or the option to resell your property for a really good price. This, without even mentioning the possibility of extending the lease. But some people can't see a good investment even if it hits them in the face, hope you're not one of them! ;)

@@propertiabalirealestate They are classed as residential property not commercial and such are not eligible for Rental for Air B&B or Holiday Rental, Only residential rental, But because they are a Lease agreement your the Renter, You have to register by LAW a Commercial Property,IE a Condo Building , Hotel , or Motel. You also have to Pay Business Taxes, Your 15% is unachievable….
