Love your channel. You make it interesting & relaxing but never boring. I find these properties are catering to expats willing to pay the same price in Turkey as they do in UK or US. Anyone can get a great resonable price somewhere nearby or in another nice area for much cheaper. At 300,000 they can build their own mansion, furnish it, and buy a couple cars. I don't care much for realtors and this was exactly the reason why. 12 weeks/1 year advance on rental? Why in the world would they request such a thing? Doubt they do that to Turks which is again a practice on expats and should be banned. My friend got a lovely 3 bedroom apt for 69,000 in Antalya. Mick please show more rentals and good realtors who do not ask for 1 years rent in advance. These realtors will make the coast unaffordable except for the wealthy.
