Yikes! it sits in front of water but is only raised up to 3ft🤷🏽‍♀️ it should be raised at least 8 ft in case the canal overflows.

@ Thank you for your comment. They are different price range, this one was 90k usd but you can get cheaper. Price depends on the size, type of finishing, appliance and furniture.

I don't think the price for this type of structure is worth it. In fact, it's way overpriced in my opinion. For 100K US, you could build a far bigger, more modern structure with more amenities inside and outside of it!
