Awesome video! I really enjoy them cause you make it sound like we are standing on site having a conversation. Once in a while you fine a piece of property that has a 90 degree corner, maybe even two? Whenever I've found a 90 degree corner, you can use the carpenter's method of "3/4/5" to form a triangle. If the carpenter wanted the new wall to be exactly 90 degrees from the existing wall he would measure 3' on the existing wall, 4' out from the wall and 5' to connect the 3' and 4' marks to make 90 degrees. On property lines I've extended it to 30', 40' and 50' to make it more accurate. Thanks again for another great video!
