I would definitely take down those walls downstairs. They look stupid. And asking way too much money for what is basically 1 room.

Aiden I agree taking all the walls out including the bathroom. I would put the bathroom against the back wall and have the bed on top of the bathroom with the ceiling bricks exposed and frameless glass half wall for safety without blocking the ceiling. An L shaped kitchen with fridge, oven, pantry built against one wall of the bathroom and an island. I would also build the stairs up to bedroom area as a piece of furniture for clothes storage. That basically leaves the whole front part open. I would also expose all the brick walls, so that the beauty of the structure is the focus. I am a minimalist, so a lot of the properties have too much stuff, so this would have only a couple of bar stools around the island, a white linen sofa bed, in-floor heating over timber floors and that's my idea of the perfect space. Somewhere to eat, read watch TV, sleep and have a shower, what more does one need? And a glass door and maybe cutting in some big windows at the front.

Great ideas - except the bathroom extention wall would block the only light from the (open) doors, as there are no windows into this property. Could a window be put into the front of the property/

I am interested to know the answer to this question too...(?) The front wall from outside, I thought looked like there was a filled-in window frame.(?)

This is a blank canvas with tons of potential. I would make the changes Aidan suggested❤.

Gee... The price for this space. I think will be difficult to sell. Not enough light. Storage etc. Thanks for showing. Lots of Love. Lots of Love.

Love the redesign idea. I was thinking a mezzanine would be a nice touch too

Good ideas to make the place usable. Still it is very small. Also no light, no window.

Hey, I would be curious to know what the approx cost would be to do the renovations you mentioned in the video? Say, what do you estimate it would cost to put in that upstairs area? Reinstall the kitchen? Expand the bathroom? Thanks!

I´ve seen in your channel properties 5 times larger than this one, and almost ready to move in, for the same amount of money or even cheaper. I love your videos, thanks...

Ciao Fiorella and Aden, it is basically a studio apartment. I love the mezzanine idea, have a small sitting area up there for company, to watch tv, have the bedroom below it. Enlarging the bathroom is a good idea as well. The potential is there. Thank you for your response to my question. Tanto amore da N.Y.

On the other hand, you could just remove that detached wall, remove the plastered ceiling, add in a few tables and couches. Then I would turn it into a cigar bar.

A mezzanine was exactly my expert (🙄) opinion!

You practically will have to tare down ALL the walls and build something completely new. So, if it is worth Euro 35k, really depends on the exact location.
