Does a term called Statutory Tenant exist ? Does it require the official documents like Tenancy Agreement and Rent paid Reciepts alongwith trade licence issued by Municipality, corporation, for a commercial shop is required ??

Meri mother ki death ke baad property ka half share mujhe legally mila…of mein apni bhabhi ke name or release krna chahti….registry charges lagenge kya…kitne lagega? Mere paas kaun se document hone chahiye apni possession batane ke liye….abhi mere paas koi bhi document nahin hai

Mere father ki death without will hui thi.mere bhai ne sari property apne naam transfer kra li hame bina bataye kyunki hum door rahte hai.mera question hai ki hamara noc kyun nahi lia gaya property transfer karte samay.ab bhai bhi nahi hai aur sari property bhabhi ke naam easily transfer ho gai.aur ab wo sab kuch sale kar rahi hai again ham do bahne kuch nahi kar pa rahe hai kyunki wo sympathy le rahi hai.ham betiya lalchi aur selfish kahlayenge.mere paas mere ma baap ka kuch bhi nahi hai siwai unke naam ke.hum kya kare.hum kaafi door rahte hai. Bhabhi hamse koi relation nahi rakhna chahti hai aur na hihum.baat karna bhi mushkil hai.pls guide me.

My adv try to submit in court he have filled suit for this but it has been rejected now how much time it will take for partition suit mam

Hi Mam do you prepare a LOA. I require some info on LOA coz in our society which is in Wadala, Mumbai, there are many members who are provisional members and as per the Byelaws a provisional member cannot nominate till they obtain a LOA. I would like to contact you Mam.

How misleading, we all do stamp dutying amd registering , else its not declared a property. What the hell? 2nd,Mere Grandparents neh mere dad ko kuch nahi diya will peh.Abh mere dad ki death ho chuki hai aur buddhe buddhe log saare jeevit hai, yeh mere dad ki property peh najar lagaa rahe hai. They made my dad work like a robot, a slave and wanted them to bring them money to fulfil their desires , how selfish! Alas my dad is no more but I will be The Legal Heir whatsoever.

This video is misleading , property inheritance rules vary from state to state , depending on what kind of officials are available-Honest or Corrupt. Your nearby Court is a living example of this thing.One Judge will say something for you , another will go against you.
