As someone going through the process of a Turn Key in Faringdon one cost (well upfront) that did occur was with the house price coming back less than the original developer price (thanks central bank) that more equity was required from the bank to get a mortgage. So it was 10% upfront and then the second 10% wasn't actually 10% but $15k higher. Just something to be aware of that can influence your required cash at time of settlement.
