Hidden among the mountains, Eco Terraces is in the center of the Penang Island development. Indirectly leveraging on the upcoming pair road that was designed to ease the traffic situation of this address of Paya Terubong. With the amazing architecture, facilities, and landscape, the team aims to stand out from the existing stigma towards the location.
After MCO, locals realised the importance of having facilities and common areas and this project suits their criteria perfectly as it took me very very long just to fully cover everything they provide. A special mention would be about CareHub, the first in penang that helps residents make direct communications with local hospitals. There will also be a full time nurse assisting with your every health monitoring needs.
However, with great facilities come great maintenance cost. And for the local penangites, it will take some time before they will get used to it, thus the developer has taken initiatives to ease that transition.
This is one great property built to impress because they are breaking out from the location!

The developer really did a gd job by giving so much excellent features to attract the buyers bcuz this area (paya terubong) not a highly sought after address for Penangites. Truly agreed that it's mainly targeted to those upgrader from Ayer Itam and Farlim.

I havee stayed here for more than 10years near this area, there were some small landslide before they reinforce the small hill, you have to becareful of the hill behind. also the area is near the stretch of ow medium flats, the area is considered a working class area, also the front road is the main road to bayan lepas traffic is bad is certain period.

it's located at old address surrounded by low medium cost building. Some says heavy traffic during peak hour. To be honest, i feel that this project is not for you to invest, if you wanna invest just get somewhere else...BUT....i think it will be a great place for own stay...especially when your parents or closer relatives stay near to that area and am looking to move out to have your own privacy, it's definitely an upgrade for ppl that used to stay near Air Itam/Farlim area

It's based on booking. And there's a formula to calculate the usage based on the residence occupancy. My take, having is better than not having. It's just important to have a friendly booking system now haha:) Great observation gigar!!

Say hi to Sean, welcome to my home! The ground floor facing the serenity mountain has its own extended garden turf, a coffee table and a gate to the common desk with taddaa view and waterfall. Sipping coffee ☕ in the morning and taking a walk. Just the front surrounding neighborhood view and the traffic to work are horrible. Luckily it's MCO now. The unit you visited on the high floor, could oversee an odd wooden settlement too ... shhooo ... but if ecoworld plan to sell it for a discount that will be great! Another drawback will be the bravat and serento sounds a bit low for the price.

Architecture of block, really doesn't look nice. It looks like all the effort went into the common outdoor facilities while the units itself are just so so. The kitchen very dark. Your opposite neighbour cook, smell may enter your master bathroom. The whole unit and common areas covered in white porcelain tile, no pattern at all - not luxurious feel. Yep, the hill side view from balcony is nice. The large plot size and amenities look pretty good also. Living next to the hill - knowing Malaysia, anything can happen, including building more apartments along the hill. Need to be careful of new highways being built, and the surrounding existing old properties. In fact the neighbourhood itself looks a bit old / run down. Probably this is the most ex property in that whole stretch / area. That is not always the best thing to so (buying the most ex property in an estate); note the low cost and mid cost old apartment blocks across the road.
