As someone who used to live in this area, I LOVE IT especially the train connectivity. Not sure about the demand yet but I guess it will pick up soon enough hahaha

Although I loves this development very much. But a few concerns to bear in mind. 1. Supply more than demand in the proximity. There would be another 3000units coming up in the vacant land facing MyTown. 2. Those can't afford the rental won't consider, those can afford the rental might as well own a unit by themselves. 3. TOD mixed development no longer an USP. There are dozens of upcoming development bearing such advantage.

I beg to differ: 1. Announcement of several upcoming projects indicate the potential and demand are evident. 2. We should not forget about expats, students and professionals which normally unlikely to own a unit. They just need a temporary space to live, ideally one that suits their lifestyle and offers convenience. 3. Too many developers who loosely claimed their projects as TOD which in fact its not even possible to walk to the station have blurred buyers' interpretation towards the term. As buyers, like Sean, a visit to the actual site will help us understand the experience of walking to the station. A genuine TOD IMO is definitely a plus point as tenants have an extra option on the mode of travelling. Convenience saves time, and time is money ;) Cheers!

Definitely good location, really looking forward to see the competitiveness of that area in terms of investment purposes. Soooo many apartments there already not to forget the HongKong building(九龙城寨 xD) is also around there.

The best part are there is a Rumawip just nearby this area and it's sold out like hot cake, everyone wants to get a unit from this Rumawip
