I notice the industry lot includes huge area of paved concrete ground surface, yet the absence of separation joint is worrying, i wonder if the concrete floor are steel reinforced with enough thickness and strength to withstand industrail weight truck. Way too often we see subpar concreting work in malaysia, especially when it comes to road, walkway and paved surfaces. The absence of engineering standards and enforcement is a big issues in Malaysia.

you are wrong . the gated and guarded east gate (sold out) are DOING EXTREMELY well. why i know? because i am a owner here. Initial nett purchase price was 4.9m fetching 25k rent. bungalow lot fetching 35k rent. What you are saying are those lousy not gated guarded unit. those are tanking. And the demand is REALLY high. Btw now my unit value 10m+ 😊
