Sorry but the house design seems very 80s vibes and walls & materials used are not thoroughly compliment each other. Given the scale / money the owner have, they should do a complete rebuilding the whole house. The entrance and front garage is just a big no no as well the lawn which using normal football grass? I mean a japanese smooth green trimmed carpet grasses types would be good with proper manicure. The music “room” is not a proper room as it just like another separate living hall, i bet if someone were to playing any instruments then the whole house will be echoed as there’s no proper separation dividers. Lastly, clearly dollar sign doesn’t come with tasteful mind... 😑

Not only it is outdated but the whole house is so incohesive. It is such a mess, Victoria furnitures here, Balinese cottage there, koi fish and artificial “mountain,” disgusting paintings everywhere. Just demolish it.

Good honest presentation Sean. Yes you are right. You will need at least 4 maids and 2 butlers.The house is dark which means the design does not capture natural light. Also fixtures looks outdated. My take is a good RM10 m for renovations and repairs.

This is like the most underwhelming RM17 mil house I have ever seen. But if the owner likes it, it's all good. If what you say is true about the whole family living there, I can only imagine the joy and laughter they are having living next to each other. Heck, I'd do anything just to have my mother and all my siblings and their family to live together under one roof. You cannot put a price on sentimental value or family 😊

17 mil is quite cheap for land n house this size especially in country heights. Its a good neighbourhood. My mum used to drive around the neighbourhood after picking me n my sis from school to check out the houses. Nice to see inside the house instead of just passing by.

My uncle stays there, Interesting thing about country heights, they have soo much money to tear down the whole house and rebuilt. one year you came and see the house after next two year you see a total different house on the same land. they refresh every two or three years. Theres even a contractor who just permanently renovating the same house for over 25 years. when they done the job a new request whack down again just because the wife don't like the new kitchen which they dont even cook!
