In pune city how is propety tax on redeveloped flat calculated? Suppose a member of residential RCC building of age 38 years was owning a flat of carpet area 450sqft and paying RS272/month as property tax in FY 2022-23. From 1 April 2023, the building wen tfor redevelopment and after 3 years the member will get a redeveloped flat of carpet area 800sqft. Then in FY 2026-27 will the monthly propety tax to be paid by that member be equal to Rs 272/month + monthly property tax on ARV of a new RCC residential building for FY 2026-27 for the excess area of 350sqft?
