You have missed the most important aspect of the home ie the cost. You have place a very large deposit with them plus a monthly service charge. You cannot bring along your caregiver/maid to stay with you.

Yes it is. Though I don’t think my parents would want to live here. Their friends and routine all not here.

This is for old folks, mobile n alert. If only they have assisted living as well. Eg one is ok n the spouse needs more care

Too quiet and nobody around. As a retiree myself would prefer a more lively environment.
