I appreciate the presentation... Clear and informative. The property is good. The house is still beautiful although there are things to be fixed but it's okay in general. Real estate is the best in terms of investment. The value of land is going more valuable through the years. Location... Location... Location! That is important. If I'm a millionaire, I will buy this property!

Its seems like there a lot of things need to be done and renovation and to improve and it will cost you around 2M more or less for property more attractive and to have more WOW Factors. Also need to have A Curve Appeal ( latest Landscaping ) just like a World Class Private Resorts since the property is Beach Front
