Ganda ng design. Medyu off lang ang layout ng bahay. Pagpasok me room kagad na Naka harap sa garage, too noisy for an elderly tas yung view kalsada. 😂 Tas sa likod ang ganda ng view. Maids quarter parang bartolina, kawawa naman masyadong ginawang nakakulong if intended for a human parang pang alagang hayop liit ng bintana. Our maid has a decent living quarters with great ventilation at maluwag coz we treat them as family. Sa laki ng floor are hinde man Lang binigyan ng magandang tulungan yung kasambahay. 😢. Naka smart home pero yung layout not too smart. But design a esthetic is superb. Sorry ang harsh ko.

426 sm = 4585.43 ft which is a large house. Mine is only 1900 sf (176.5 sm) which is exactly right for me as Im nearing retirement. Having the main/primary bedroom downstairs is beneficial later in life so you don't have to climb steps everytime you go to bed.
