Das Objekt steht schon so lange zum Verkauf und es will einfach keiner haben. Liegt daran das die Hauptstrasse direkt hinter dem Gebäude verläuft und der Verkehr ist nicht besonders angenehm.

Hallo Sascha. Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar - ja, das Haus liegt in der Nähe der Straße, aber es liegt unterhalb der Straße, so dass der Lärm vom Hauptwohn-, Unterhaltungs- und Poolbereich nicht aufdringlich ist. Die Straße verläuft durch Deià, mit Häusern, die auf beiden Seiten gebaut wurden, und selbst bei den Häusern in den Bergen dringt der Lärm nach oben. Deià war noch nie perfekt und das macht es so besonders, weil viele Menschen einen Kompromiss gefunden haben, um an dieser wilden Westküste zu leben. Can Calo hat einen sehr einfachen Zugang mit zwei privaten Toren - eines nach Deià und das andere nach Valldemossa und Palma. Viele Menschen wollen nicht abgelegen auf einem langen, kurvenreichen Camino leben. Das Charles Marlow Team
