Guys just think about it property in London and the Uk is failing and we all know that we have reached the top in 2018 so some people that bought on the top are already in negative it’s not just here Australia the same Canada us europ is even worse ! Just think of what if interest go up

If your BTL. Portfolio is At 50% or more LTV your dead in the water,,,,in 2 years time, tax relief will only be 10%.
