I just want to say , your videos have some of the most informative and in depth information . Answered a lot of my questions in regards to the new section 24 tax issues which has really stopped me getting back into property . I renovated and flipped a couple of house back in 2007 and due to some huge personal problems was forced to sell and spent all my money . You have given me hope . Many thanks I will come to one off your meetings for sure. I have been refurbish properties for clients for many years making tens of thousands of pounds for everyone except myself .

Great video, I asked a US property investor on youtube what strategy i should do and he suggested in areas like London or New York. the best strategy is flipping but the problem in London is that stamp duty and capital gains.

agreed. flipping in london is problematic mainly due to the 3% SDLT surchage
