Communication is the main key in addition to his other skills of course. You can have the best ideas, creation, achievements etc however if you cannot "communicate" with 'people" and connect it's GAME OVER but it's something that you can learn and practice. Just my humble opinion 🙂

Dope interview, I'm thinking of taking 50k out my rental property and putting it on the s&p 500 for 3 years. Its diverse and has a solid track record.

If you have any mortgage or other debt, I would pay that down first as it’s a guaranteed return. Just my opinion.

@Mr.GeeKhan786 Appreciate your opinion. Just getting a bit fed up of all the boiler replacement, and general things that go wrong in a property. It's killing my profit and sometimes costing me.

@@Mrnw10 if you have investment property that reaps a net return you’re doing well bro. Kill /attack any debt on it and your returns will be healthier which can be redirected to other investments. Debt is the enemy of wealth in my opinion and it has a hold on you. People overcomplicate making money. It’s just maths. I keep it simple and works for me but I am older so don’t like too much risk.

It's an interesting podcast. I always prefer to own rather than rent while growing a property portfolio. Also it is definitely worth looking into other investments too along side property for sure. This is what I have done. Again, it was great interviewing by Kazy. 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿

I can't lie, property is good, but it's a lot of work for the hassle it beings. Great for solidifying and diversifying your portfolio though. However if you have a fairly ok understanding of digital assets, then you should be putting 60% of your wealth within that. But that's not financial advice and I'm faaarr from a financial advisor; he 👆 is though 😇

Strictly regarding property though, if you're single and managed to get on the property ladder then you should be renting. However if you have a family, renting is a lot harder so you may want to live in your own house. But if you have a similar thinking spouse and you guys have managed to get on the property ladder, renting will eventually make you guys rich; or EXTREMELY comfortable at the very least!
