09:35 Completely dishonest to say he received £185k investment as a 21 year old with no previous property experience or qualifications. 08:25 - Kazzy hit the nail on the head, sounds like family money and/or unscrupulous source of funding. The fella should just be honest, nothing wrong with having a leg up but making it seem like you got it from “investors” is just disingenuous

@MuktarKhan-r2u Just to clarify, I didn’t have any family backing, nor did I know anyone who could lend me £100k+. I come from humble beginnings, and starting my management company while documenting my property journey allowed me to raise the funds needed to purchase my first deal. Everything I’ve done is transparent and documented on my pages, from the challenges I faced early on to delivering successful projects. I’ve built trust and credibility through my work, and there’s no need for me to be dishonest-I’m proud of the process and challenges I’ve overcome to get here
@MuktarKhan-r2u2 күн бұрын
@@Aarondk98Thanks for the clarification, Aaron. However, raising nearly £200k as a 21-year-old with no backing, no network, and from humble beginnings does raise legitimate questions. Starting a management company and building trust takes time and connections-how did you manage to secure such significant funds so quickly, especially without prior experience or qualifications? Transparency is key here, and while you’ve documented the successes, I think a clearer explanation of how you truly raised that capital would resonate better. There’s nothing wrong with having a leg up or assistance, but omitting those details can come across as misleading to others who are trying to replicate your path.

Speaking of courses… myself and many others bought Liv C(r)ooks course which was 6k for deal sourcing! The biggest pile of shit I’ve ever bought property wise. Not even 1-2-1 mentoring, gets better, she didn’t even host or join the majority of the ‘mentor’ calls. She then charges you to access the recorded video calls (which we paid 6k for over 5 weeks) by charging you £250 a month! Criminal. Absolute shister.

Samuel Leeds his done so much good, helped so many people and was one of the first bold leaders revealing to others the different strategies within property industry. Thank you Samuel you provided a gateway and entry point for many others who have gone on to build great successful businesses and platforms. People are quick to over look the good, value and powerful impact you have brought to the property industry and to change peoples lives. Powerful podcast thanks Kazy and Samuel. Ignore the negative trolls and negative finger wagging. No ones perfect including them!! Cast the first stone everyone of them and which one of them have made as much impact to peoples lives as Samuel and Kazy.... Focus on those who never forget the good, who first directed and signposted them towards change, to enhance their lives, introduced them to things they previously had no knowledge of how to gain entry. Whatever can be said...never forget those who first opened doors to a way you previously never knew, how to gain the knowledge, that has the potential to transform your life and point them towards opportunities for growth. Well done guys some put more effort into finding faults, tearing down and criticism than they do providing the impact Kazy and Samuel been bold and had the courage to do.👏🏾🙏🏾

You are ruining your own reputation..

Although I’m generally pro property development there are some key arguments against certain types of property development. For instance converting family homes into HMOs or small flats. Even though the point can be made that demand for larger family homes is dwindling and more demand for smaller spaces, the root cause of that is due to the increase of housing casts and stagnant wage growths. Many people simply can’t afford to buy a 3/4 bedroom house so they’ve come to terms to either delay family planning or sticking to a single child. It’s not just London but generally across most metropolitan cities in the west.
@damianskwira774517 күн бұрын
This doesn't make any sense, if they cannot afford bigger house is it a developers problem? That is spot on if I cannot afford something therefore i blame the system. You must be joking mate.
@junioroteng626616 күн бұрын
@ I didn’t make the claim that it’s the developers problem. Ultimately developers provide a solution to the housing shortage and personally think they provide far more good than harm. But there are some development practices such as converting family homes into HMOs and smaller flats that contribute to the issues of in affordability of housing prices. With that said, there are a multitude of reasons that cause houses to become more unattainable for many aspiring home owners and there isn’t a quick fix. I think one of the solutions would be to build more family centred homes and perhaps some government incentives to encourage a certain quota is met and offered at affordable prices.

When Property by Kazy and Alfred Dzadey had their debate on the Savvy Wallet channel - in the comments, I warned against the danger of constructive dialogue in the property space - turning into the WWF version of property engagement. Be careful what you wish for! The last thing a channel, that has tirelessly built up its brand, based on offering sage advice to viewers, and good community engagement needs. Is to dilute the content by engaging in a boxing match, one can only assume, for the most part - if it takes place, will do so, for marketing purposes. Legendary boxer Mike Tyson had to learn the hard way. The publics appetite to be pulled in by pre fight hype, about a fight that shouldn't be taking place, is wearing thin. You can reject my advice out of hand if you wish Kazy. If you are serious about fighting Samuel Leeds, you are one step closer, to conceding, populism should triumph over talent. If i believed thats the case, i would never have started watching your channel, when you only had a few hundred viewers.
