The grilling of homes in Jamaica which seems to be a must due to crime deducts so much from the house. It is a shame one must do that to feel safe.

I agree -- and the moment that I notice the burglar bars I just keep scrolling. It is not in anyplace. There are places in Hanover where these are not needed. It is a sad testament of the area and generally the mindset of the owner sometimes.

lovely house good location...but hardly any fruit trees.....I would love to get a 1 acre lot that is Seaview in the St Ann area to set up a ministry...I love the Priory and Runaway bay areas...

The house is too dated for that money, it’s a good location and the size of the lot look ok too, but definitely should be at a lower price, so that a modern touch could be done!
