Property growth 2008_14tak 20 percent tak grow kia. Fir pace slow ho gya. Pichle 3 saalo se 1.5_3 percent growth ho rha hai. One of my relatives purchased a flat in Stellar one, the construction quality is good but as everything is maintained by the builder, maintenance is unreasonable! They are paying 4,000 INR maintenance charges for a 1000 sq ft flat. The gym is very small and full society is not completed yet, there are also additional 700/person gym charges, I have seen the gym myself, it's a joke, poorly maintained! If you are looking for a flat for yourself, never invest in an ongoing project, because then you will have to face a lot of issues with the builder. Go with a fully-fledged society with RWA, also ask about the maintenance charges, and do check all the amenities available.
