Excellent work! I love the fact that the house doesn't have the gypsum hanging ceilings that make the room dark. The white paint all round the house together with the big windows facilitates ample natural light. I love everything about the house.

@ over time those joints and sealing wear off and leak water. The way Nairobi has been raining like crazy over the last rain seasons it’s guaranteed to leak in 5-8 years. Make sure the owners get their roof inspected regularly for repairs. Regular roof is guaranteed to be leak proof for 25 years if done well.
