Hindu Succession Act supercede Himachal Pradesh tenancy and land reforms act section 118, therefore a person from other state can also become a Himachali Agriculturist by inheritance! ✌️

Plot purchase karne k liye Bonafide allowed nahi hai. Only Himachali Agriculturist purchase kar sakta hai.
