Gorgeous house! An extra upper bedroom with an ensuite aside the master bedroom which is a bonus cause a lot of UK houses will have a great downstairs and then upstairs will be a disappointment with 3 rooms sharing one bathroom so this is great

Really good detailed review. In one of your other videos you point out how other developers reduce size of furniture, which is really helpful to people new to buying a home. Message to all developers: build in realistic storage in every bedroom. Apart from the primary in this particular property, you get more storage in a hotel room, not enough for a growing family.

I liked the ground floor layout/design. For the rest of the house i only liked the staging / accessories etc and colour schemes. The size/layout of rooms are far too small wouldn't be very practical for a family of 4. The brass tile effect in main bathroom was my only like, and the wardrobes in all rooms are extremely limiting.
