@@FrozenSentinel I can give you some thumbnail tips. Have a secondary title in your thumbnail. The more clickbaity the better. "This CoF Lens Strat Is Unethical!" "CoF is Hiding a Major Secret! How did I NOT know this?" ect. Make sure you have a human face in the thumbnail preferably making the wojack face. Have red arrows pointing to things. Doesn't really matter what could be anything just make sure the arrow is red.

That's because LE doesn't demand this level of depth and theorycrafting. Like I'm glad this is helpful for people but this is just silly. A lens tier list? If you're literate and can read what each of the lenses do I'm sure you would have figured it out for yourself. There is zero reason for a spreadsheet. Like literally if you have ever played any ARPG ever, the strength of each lens should be pretty obvious. I'm starting to become more convinced every day that 95% of the population are incapable of thinking for themselves, even when it comes down to the meaningless minutiae of a video game.

I always love finding channels like yours, great information that everyone else isn't covering for one reason or another. It's similar to why I like finding and covering more obscure builds when I put together builds, because someone out there will always need it and providing that resource always feels great. Though, I've always preferred written guides personally.

Yea I've been kind of torn on setting one of those up. On one hand it could potentially get me to the point where I am able to dedicate more time to making content, but on the other, I wouldn't feel terrible making a commitment that I might not be able to deliver on consistently.

I quite like blocking monos because most mono prophecies are boss kills, which are usually not the one you are farming. If you have like 3 to 4 different boss kills with multiple uses each then it takes forever to clear those. I like to leave arena open and just save those up to run arena all at once. This makes most prophecies as kill scorpions or mages.

Yea I was actually testing this earlier and found if you block Arena, Mono, and Dungeon it's like 90% generic conditions like "kill a boss". I assumed there would be a lot of campaign, but it seems like the conditions aren't equally weighted, but rather than events themselves. Campaign seems to only have two events.

Thank you so much for your work. I would however rank every lense under the assumption that you want the effect. You mention twice that the weapon lense is more efficient than the S-tier lenses if you're looking for that weapon type - in my book that puts it at #1 overall. Same goes for blocking monoliths - I know I don't care for blocking them, but I'd rather have them ranked assuming that I do.

Yea that's fair. Weapon could have been S tier. As for blockers, I did rank according to their general usefulness. They just aren't that useful for increase the items per favor spent when rolling prophecies.

So the tldr is If you have 2 lenses 1. Double quant + double use gor everything except weapons 2. Double quant + weapon type for weapons If you gave 3 lenses 1. Double quant ,double use + blocker if only one unique you're searching for OR 2. Double quant, double use + unique lense for more than one unique in same category 3. Speical case for daggers : Always use dagger type lense and then whatever

Close! The only thing I'd say is that for 3 lenses, the 3rd should likely be type if you want multiple of a given type, or unique if you want multiple types of unique. If you want one unique type either is usually fine. Blockers are generally not effective for high CoF ranks since the chance lenses get stronger per level and one blocker doesn't do much. Caveat being if you want to block monoliths you could run monolith blocker as 3rd. Also there is no special case for daggers, that was just my example

Agreed with all the comments here. Super informative. Great work… One thing I still haven’t read / seen is what makes up the item pools for prophecies? My assumption is that they only access the “global” pool. Therefore, none of the items from specific echoes/timelimes or bosses can drop from prophecies. Is that right?

Yea it can't drop boss specifics, or stuff like experimentals it seems

Boss-specific uniques cannot drop from prophecies, no. Timeline/echo specific uniques don't exist, specific timelines are just mentioned on uniques because they are the only ones with nodes for uniques of that item slot

Interesting. So I’m clear, if I’m hunting Barbute… there are nodes that can target it. But, it’s also included on the global table… and can drop from any mob… as well as prophecies?

Thank you a lot! It would be great if we can add some weight in the calculation for the activity blocking? (I assume currently it is equal weight) For example: If I want to do Monolith 10 times more than Arena and 2 times more than Dungeon, I can put 10, 5, 1 respectively for Mono / Dungeon / Arena so the favour reroll calculation can take that into account

Personally I'd say if you are okay with any of them it's probably worth grabbing the first you see to not waste favor on rerolls, as that will reduce the number of items you get per favor spent a lot. Do note that favor spent still increases you rep

Great video, very informative. I put 2x blocking rune sin all my telescopes, will be switching it up according to your reccomedations. If I get it right, most efficent setup is to run 2x drops, 2x uses and either unique/weapon type/idol size, right?

Yea pretty much. If you want multiple uniques within a region run unique. If you want multiple rarities of one type, run type. Weapon types are always good. A few of the other types are also strong depending what you want

No, slotted lenses only affect the telescope they are slotted in. The only difference about Greater lenses is that they are able to be placed in any telescope, while the regional lenses can only be placed in the corresponding region.

Yea that doesn't seem great to me, you already are interested in 3 of the 6 types (mono, high corruption, and generic) so the 3 lenses only combined reduce your expected favor spent on rerolls by half.

Update; it seems like conditions are not weighted equally, but rather by event themselves. Campaign has a very low weighting so it's not worth blocking.

I don’t think lenses work for me. If I use the exclusion ones it doesn’t exclude anything. If I use the 80% more cost I don’t notice any difference in prices, and if I use the one that gives double attempts it doesn’t increase the attempts and most stay at 1.

I bought the 2x Use lens; put it in; rerolled and the new prophecies were still at 1 use.. or rather not stating anything in the yellow bar. Out of curiousity I bought one prophecy thinking it may be bugged to not reflect the Lens. When I viewed my active prophecies it st ill said 1 use only. THEN! I closed the game entirely, logged back in and tried it anew: and now every rolled prophecy has at least 2 uses or a greater number that is even.

Exalt prophecies just feel overpriced relative to uniques. The favor per item is basically the same which doesn't make sense to me. Exalts should be cheaper since they are significantly more plentiful in other content
