Maybe if this system was here earlier it would feel better. I feel like people are burnt out already and mostly from the monolith gameplay loop being gutted originally. Pushing corruption was a main draw and they kinda watered down the system while watering down player power as well to make it more of a slug. With changes that don't feel like they actually benefit the player experience. Especially for CoF. It's a feels bad tbh. "it's not intended because what's intended is made to drain your time". Sure there are more builds to play in theory this season but there are far less that feel viable and worthwhile. On top of it being an insane proposition to try to have multiple characters with this system. Too little too late and feels like a reaction to this "Exploit"

Fix : Experience granted by the original timeline boss is granted by the harbinger instead if one spawns. This prevents an abuse case where you could repeatedly kill the timeline boss for xp and then portal out before killing the harbinger to farm favour (from xp).

actually an ehg dev just commented this when i posted this strat on reddit: "The chance of the Shade of Orobyss dropping its uniques scales very heavily with its distance from the centre of the echo web. The chance is also higher at higher corruption, so I wouldn't expect this to be optimal, but it might be if you're specifically trying to farm the ring or boots. We might need to disable those drops for shades that are unusually close to the centre if this turns out to be a problem." so fingers crossed it stays, but either way should be good for shade prophecies

I was shocked at the amount of fixes in this patch. Thought it was just going to be another hotfix...then realized it was a massive patch. Pretty exciting stuff! Btw, i'm running your spark claw build. I haven't transitioned to the one-shot spark, but I am a little above 1k mana. Orian's eye amulet has been the most challenging thing for me to find. Have had only 1 drop, ever, with tons of amulet prophecies. I'm sitting at Lvl 99.5. Thanks again for the build!

Absolute W patch. Corruption thing feels amazing. Death screen actually tells you something usefull. The DOT finally feels like it kills you over time and not instant, and you can actually react to it

Additionally it is now easily possible to farm the shade for its specific unqiues or prophecy kills: → go to a timeline with at least 40 corruption lower than your highest timeline → do an echo and spawn new orobyss echo → kill orobyss and thus increase your corruption over the threshold → lower your corruption to at least 40 lower again by the temple echo at the start of the web → rinse and repeat from step 2

This is sick. Swapped from glacier sorc to this - one shot 565 corr last ruin boss and got ravenous void gloves which never had before :) Also just wondering - would swapping to Scales of Ettera for bossing would do anything useful with lightning infusion.

For the "Level" Filter on items, you can put the exact level required as the the value entered is inclusive. So "Above Level" is >=, not just >. "Below Level" is <=, not just <.

is that cos you enable the harbinger but leave before killing the harbinger hence game says not completed hence doesn't deduct stability ?

You farmed the dragon more than 6 times in a row and your stability stayed constant at 1571 i.e. didn't decreased each time you killed boss (didn't see you use a glyph of envy either). How did you do that ?
