Welcome to the Church! I'm in the US but I have trouble finding a church which teaches Eschatology. That's why I listen to Athey Creek and others I have found who teach it, but I'm very particular about which ones to whom I listen. I just make sure they follow scripture and do not try to sensationalize it by adding their own interpretation and prophecies. Stear clear of these. If you have questions, ask for guidance. Most, like this one give you scripture with simple explaination.

Where I am in Ontario, Canada there’s nothing like Athey Creek. In fact the churches here are basically all woke. I’m also glad that I stumbled upon Athey Creek, I also feel like it was the Lord working in my life! I am so thankful for these services and finally understand what it means to be fed.

I lost my little girl to a terrible disease. She was a child and suffered horribly. The only thing that kept me strong was the message you've given here - to be absent from the body is to be present in the spirit - that's a fact. I needed reminding. AND Jesus said to the thief on the cross 'today we see paradise.' And that I will be reunited with my child - oh the joy heaven will know on that day! I've struggled every day because I don't want anything to cost me heaven. YET I SIN - I feel envy and sometimes struggle to forgive, and to love as HE loved me. It's a minute by minute battle to win against sin - to keep my mind on walking in this life as Christ came and taught us all to walk. I WISH with ALL my heart I'd KNOWN this FAITH before I lost my little Amy! I was such a horrible sinner making a million mistakes and I can't go back. All I can do is have faith that Jesus is watching - he's seen I've repented. And remember in Luke the words - 'there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repents.' THANK YOU AGAIN for teaching as you do, showing the way we need to go.

Jesus knew Amy was coming, and even if you didn’t have a relationship with Jesus or an understanding at that time. God knew and he had already prepared Amy for her arrival. I honestly don't know. I study it incessantly but am still on the fence. I hope there is one, can't say that it doesn't sound good. But what about all the believers being beheaded as we speak? Tell them about the rapture and how God won't "beat up his bride groom" as I've heard some preachers say. I often feel like it is our calling to endure the tribulation for the name of Jesus!

@@19nineteenthirteen19 the people being persecuted right now are suffering man's wrath not God's. According to scripture, the wrath in the Tribulation is God's wrath, and Christians are not subject to God's wrath. Also, if we have to suffer for our salvation, why did Jesus need to die on the cross? To me, it's kind of a self-centered view thinking we need to suffer before we are worthy. Jesus is enough for me, and I believe whole-heartedly in the pre-tribulation rapture!!

I have no found any other church that teaches straight out of the book of the lord and used it like this that also teaches of the end times and does exactly what it says most of the time they read out of the book and they give like their own understanding but with few scriptures from the book of Jesus and god for support facts 😔 making it hard to trust … I feel so much comfort in my understanding of Jesus snd his works and his words since finding this church I pray god keeps use all on the right path and does not let use be lead astray god is good 🙏🏻✨

The scripture is very clear especially in 1st thesallonians and revelations of the coming of the Lord and the rapture. Thats what I believe and hold on to.

Revelation chapters 13, 14, and 15 imply that the righteous will be here on earth to face the beast, the false prophet and the image of the beast. But the righteous will overcome the enemies "by the blood of the Lamb", which is Jesus Christ. Rapture theory before second coming is in conflict with these chapters. Face your enemies with God. Nothing to fear. Identify these enemies so you wont accidentally worshiping them (Revelation 14:9-11).

Exactly that’s exactly how I feel and this I now I was so scared to miss interpret scripture that I did want to not be prepare for the tribulation if I was am suppose to still be heat on earth to share the word of god before it was to late I didn’t want to lose my faith and or question god if I wasn’t taken out of the tribulation and I didn’t want to give others false hope I didn’t want to share that we would not be here for the tribulation and then be wrong and then have people loss the river faith because I lead them astray 😬😶🙏🏻😔

I just found your site today and listened to the prideful month. Now I am watching this on the rapture. I have written down my testimony of my journey to Jesus and sent it to my family. I also believe in the pretrib rapture. I can't stop reading my bible. When I awake in the morning it is all I think about is studying my bible. I have been studying Chuck Missler videos and find them most helpful. But you brought up something I was not aware of. I was baptized as a baby. Do I need to find a church? I don't have one. I used to years ago but they sent me a letter telling me I couldn't go there anymore. I had moved away for 2 years and when I moved back they said I did not send them any money and could not come back. So I never found another church since that day. That was when I was 26 years old. Now I am 67 and finally completely saved through Our Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit is with me. I feel so good inside. So my question is do I need to be baptized again?

Pastor Brett, R.C. Sproul was also a favorite of mine. I am SO glad to hear you explain how R.C. wasn't correct on this point of the timing of the Rapture. I never could understand the disconnect between Scripture and his viewpoint. Thank you for all you bring to life when teaching chapter by chapter, verse by verse. Excellent Biblical information! If Jesus doesn’t return until after the great tribulation, then the Bible wouldn’t tell us to be ready less the Lord return unexpectedly without any great tribulation warning. Matt 24:44

I have read a lot of books by Clarence Larkin. He is a teacher from mid 1800 to early 1900’s. He taught pretrib rapture & dispensationalism. He drew all of the drawings explaining the end times, the dispensations, The book of Daniel & Revelation. Good reads all.

I think the confusion always starts with the word tribulation. The Bible only says that we are not appointed to wrath. But jesus says that in this world we will have tribulation. So then the answer must be that we will go through tribulation but will be gone for the time off wrath. You don't want to be here for the time off wrath, get right with God while there is time

I love how Pastor Brett says we shouldn't be dogmatic about our own interpretations of prophecy. I really think that's how the Jews missed the hour of their visitation. They thought their messiah would come and overthrow the tyrannical government they were oppressed by. They wouldn't consider that they were wrong in their interpretations of what Messiah was coming to do. Those statements in the Bible that say don't be ignorant or don't be decieved really make me pay attention and I realize that most people will be. This statement makes me prove through the Bible what I hear from my pastors and not just take them at their word. They, all the pastors, are still human and fallible but the Word of God is the truth. I believe with all my heart that the rapture will come before the tribulation because of specific verses in the Bible and the overall picture the Bible presents. But since it is something more inferred by somewhat vague scriptures and a overall pattern of the stories (true stories) I know that I can be wrong just as the Jews were 2000 years ago. Now I've prayed and studied the Bible and this is what I've come to understand through that but I am human and couldn't possibly know the heart and mind of God but I'll continue to pray and study and He will continue to teach me. Couple things about that Jewish wedding that Pastor Brett didn't mention. The cup can be refused. Although most marriages were prearranged in those days both the prospective bride and groom have the option of refusing the cup and therefore not being betrothed to the other. There's also the dowry the bride's family pays. When you become a Christian you GIVE your life to Christ just as He did for you. You no longer belong to yourself or your family but are set apart for Him. Many Christians don't really live like that now. One more thing Pastor didn't mention is when the father tells the son to go get his bride, the bridegroom blows the trumpet through the streets of the city often waking people up and the people go get the bride and she sits on a chair and they lift her up into the air and carry her to meet the bridegroom IN THE AIR! And he's right, they spend 7 days hidden away together consecrating the marriage before the wedding feast. This kind of makes me think that the wedding feast itself could be here on earth after the second coming. The Bible says the bride has made herself ready and then shows the new Jerusalem coming down from heaven in the glory of God. When I first read that I said wait we're the bride. Then I remembered the verse that said to him who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of God. This was to the church in Philadelphia and when I studied it I learned that Philadelphia had many earthquakes and so they made the support pillars 5 feet thick to be immovable in the shaking. Does this mean that beautiful city is literally made up of souls? I don't think so but I think we give immovable support to Jesus while He rules and reigns doing all His bidding for the glory of God. It all paints such a beautiful picture of perfection. God is so great and worthy of all worship and praise!!!!

You offer great insights. Pastor Brett did mention the dowry, the price paid for the bride. That was what Jesus paid on the cross, He paid in full, the bride price with Him enormous sacrifice so that ALL would come to be His bride. But yes, the cup can be refused. So much to learn, consider and understand. God leaves us with some mysteries, and I wouldn't want to be caught inferring too much with my scant knowledge of His ways that are higher than ours, and His thoughts that aren't like our thoughts! (As Paul showed us) Spiritualy we are the Temple of God. So yes we are pillars and married to Jesus our husband the head or roof so together we become the whole Temple of God as was Adam and Eve made with windows to the soul, doors to pass through, roof for shelter, floor for foundation and all the furniture of our daily routine. We will only understand these mysteries after all of history is finished. But there are hints and clues in the jewish wedding ceremony and all the marriages within the bible.
