I am a new subsciber from Oregon. I love prophesy! My church Athey Creek Christian Fellowship and we teach Book by book, verse by verse through the Bible. We are currently in Jeremiah and it is like walking through Prophesy in real time with all that is going on in the world and here in the USA! How exciting that we may be the generation that is taken up to meet CHRIST in the clouds! Our governments future looks hopeless but as a Christian, I look to the promise of the hope of Heaven! If you were to die unexpectedly today, would you know for sure that you will go to heaven? The Bible (KJV) shows us that, to go to heaven, God requires absolute perfection. We are all born into sin, therefore you are a sinner. You are seperated from God because of sin and your rebellion against God. In the book of Romans 5:12 we read: "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned" In Galatians chapter 3 verse 22 we read: "But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe" For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord -Romans 6:23 THE GOSPEL OF YOUR SALVATION: God sent His Son (Jesus) to pay for your sin. In doing so, Jesus gave his life as the ONLY means by which you can be accepted by God in heaven. A sinner in need of a Savior is saved from the grip of death and eternal seperation from God, when we put our full trust in Jesus's: A. Death B. Burial C. Resurrection ..according to scripture. We read in 1st Corinthians 15:1-4 (KJV): "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you THE GOSPEL which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also YE ARE SAVED, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain; For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, HOW that CHRIST DIED FOR OUR SINS according to the scriptures; And that he was BURIED, and that he ROSE AGAIN the third day according to the scriptures." So if you believe that.. A. Jesus DIED B. Jesus was BURIED. C. Jesus ROSE AGAIN the third day ..then you are SAVED! You are now a member of the Body of Christ. Our Apostle Paul in Romans chapter 12:4 & 5 says - "For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another" I encourage you to study Gods word for yourself (2 Tim 2:15 King James Version). You will discover more about who you are in Jesus. Like the following.. Eph 1:6,13,14 tells us we are redeemed through the blood of Jesus' finished work and his complete payment of our sins until we meet him in heaven: "To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the *gospel of your salvation:* in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession (rapture), unto the praise of his glory." Romans 1:16 says belief in Jesus' faith and his gospel alone saves us.. "For I am not ashamed of the GOSPEL OF CHRIST for it is the POWER of GOD unto SALVATION to EVERY ONE THAT BELIEVETH; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek." Peace, grace, and salvation to all who read AND BELIEVE.

Faith without works is dead. Even satan and the demons believe. Don't get misled by Pauls words, the Torah and laws commandments etc are as valid today as they ever were.
