Nothing wrong with the pictures. It shows physical strength being worked on. Also Umar radiallahanu said that it is the belief in Allah that makes one victorious over the enemy. And if the imaan is equal to the enemy (this also includes lack of imaan) then it is your physical skill/strength that will determine the outcome. So to be on the safe side (when your imaan is low or little left) working on physical skills/strength will help you as a backup/secondary source. Hence it should also be worked on aside from imaan as imaan can rise and fall and if it does; your skill/strength will help you overcome the enemy.

This is not "The Prophetic way" to build strength. The Prophet PBUH would be able to climb mountains. That's how!!!!!! The speaker shows a lack of wisdom and is giving advice in an area that he has very little knowledge about. These type of "shaykh" should be avoided, they're not practical. It angers me. If you notice, he associates "nutritious food" as the default means to attain strength and dhikr as the secondary. Lol. No! Eating is required for survival, but strength requires primarily, physical exercise. Period. Someone could eat bread (not nutritious) and build strength. The speaker probably does not practice any sports or physical activity. Or else, he would have mentioned that the prophet PBUH used to wrestle and so did his companions. Also, the prophet PBUH would be able to jump on a horse off his feet and ride a horse without its saddle, which requires a great amount of core strength. No doubt, dhikr increases physical strength, so does very long hours of Salah. However, "physical strength" is a side benefit of doing dhikr. And that side benefit is rather negligible and unmeasurable. If Muslim armies were to rely on doing dhikr in order to prepare for battle, they would be sinful for not taking the necessary training to "stand firm" against the enemy. It is Allah that fashioned our bodies to require physical exercise to attaint strength. Again, the main benefit of doing dhikr is spiritual. So... please, be practical and encourage Muslim men to stop eating too much, go for hikes and start wrestling. Most of Muslim men today won't be able to climb mount Hira. By the way, doing physical activities 100% increases spiritual strength as well, but it's not the "main benefit" of exercising. So Muslim men, please lose that belly, start boxing, wrestling, swimming, hiking and work on your toughness. Let the fat sheikh and the skinny sheikh behind, they're not even fit to lead our men.
