I've been fasting music since early October. God's grace has been amazing during this time. I'm praying about what the "food fast" looks like for me. I can totally see HS leading us to implement a fast all year.

I live in Vancouver, an Earthquake zone. You can choose to be prepared for the earthquake or ignore this geological reality. I am not a fool, I am prepared for an earthquake! I keep food and water in the house. I know the safety protocols. Why would I be a fool and ignore my spiritual reality? I feed on the Word, I drink of the Holy Spirit the living water, I know the necessity of fasting, I choose to keep my eyes on the Lord to be prepared for the spiritual shift. I aleign myself with Him who is able to abundantly more than I ask or imagine. I want to hold the weight.

I CAME HERE to learn more about deliverance, but I may have a practical tip to share with you. What is the coldest it has ever gotten where you live? If it is -10F for example (-23 C) I make sure my antifreeze solution in my car is for way, WAY colder than that. Then, if a sudden freeze snap comes it does not freeze and break the radiator. Cars need extra maintenance in cold weather, in addition to the proper amount of antifreeze.
