there are literally a million warning labels on the box

Kids shouldn't be near these magnets. Parents should be responsible for what their children put in their mouth. For example- put a battery. The battery explodes. Should we recall batteries? No.

he is a baby. but youd think mom would care more. not only did she leave him with them she didnt bother to count them or take him to the e.r. one night is a long time to be in that situation. thank God he was ok!!

I don't get it either. Even as a child, I didn't have a fascination with trying to eat things that looked like metal or not eatable. Do these kids go outside and eat tree twigs as well?

Why are parents so dull? Buying their kids small, magnetic balls that they could easily digest? And the first mom, "I didn't see the warning labels." It's going to get to a point where the makers of the balls will have to put a 10+ warning on the balls, damn parents. They should know NOT TO BUY THEIR KID TINY BALLS HE CAN SWALLOW (K I know that sounds funky but I'm being serious here)
@chelseabanuelos87867 жыл бұрын
*Logan Windsor_RBLX* they didn't buy it for the kids tho. they bought it for themselves

Those poor kids. But yeah, I don't agree they should kill the company. If you leave a 5 hour energy shot on the table and a kid drinks it, should we just shut down the company?

0:48-0:51 "They were on this table where he found them..." WHAT THE FUCK!?!?!?!?! Lady, you just labeled yourself as an irresponsible mother. Seriously, how the hell could she have not read the warning labels when she has a child and then place them on a place where a child could reach them? With what she said on record, I would want her prosecuted for child neglect. There is no excuse for what happened to the child.

It is really sad that all these people are getting hurt, but the buckyballs are designed for an office setting, have numerous warning labels, and are magnets that should inspire more common sense in people.

Easy ways of making them safer: Make them bigger, weaker, or capable of dissolving, maybe in combination with a liquid which neutralizes them. Coat them with Bitrex®, or even something which causes vomiting.

It's stupid why they banned them. They clearly say NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER AGE OF 6
@tbestig416410 жыл бұрын
The packaging has warnings all over it, it specifically says not for kids, and common sense should tell you jot to let your kid anywhere near these. While we are at it, why not ban bathtubs? They cause all sorts of drowning incidents.

it is stupid. And she says she didn't see the warning labels? Kids eat everything they can put in their mouth!!! It is clearly her fault. A coin can also be swallowed, for example.

It's about time we banned sharp knives from peoples homes; kids could get hurt. And tall buildings are dangerous, too. And crossing the road is bad, kids die from that so it should also be banned. Having guns is OK though, that's everybody's right. Right?
@kevinwang78947 жыл бұрын
Ban pencils! They can kill with one stab! I love how they're banning toys before banning guns.
@1tsjaboisam9735 жыл бұрын
Kevin Wang because guns are more important than toys and also they would have to search every house every little hiding area

And yet toy guns are still legal.

If we ban this because parents don`t watch their children, and the children hurt themselves with it... then we should also ban all: Knives, matches, lighters, bleach, cars, alcohol, prescription medications... I could go on, but I don`t want to. Watch your children, and stop blaming others for you being a neglectful parents. It is your child, not mine, and not the state. Your responsibility, not mine.. don`t try to make your bundle of joy my responsibility. I don`t want it.

Ummmmm isn't the size of the buckyballs a dead giveaway of it being a chocking hazard for children? common sense will tell you that you SHOULD NOT put things that are small within reach of children" and if the item is smaller than the child's hand, its too small for children. (same goes to stuff that is flexable toys) All i see here is poor parenting, and can't handle their "poor parenting" skills. I feel sorry for the kid on feeding tube, but it does NOT need to be ban

Parents should just keep the balls out of there child's reach or this stuff will happen. Same thing would happen with Lego if kids started swallowing Lego blocks its just not fair also I have a little advice if your not responsible enough to keep your magnets away from your children then u should have not bought the balls in the first place just saying
