They're using the wrong design of cyberman on the cover. Big finish are a bit fixated on the invasion design, these guys sound like the 80s earthshock to silver nemesis ones

I wouldn’t call this Big Finish using the "wrong" Cybermen. They’re perfectly within their right to use Invasion Cybermen on the cover even if the Cyber-voices in the story sound more like the Earthshock Cybermen. Though I completely agree with you that Big Finish seem to have a bit of an obsession with Invasion Cybermen. I love that design, but I kinda wish they weren’t used as much as they have been. My least favourite instance of their use is probably Out of Time 2: The Gates of Hell. Again, I love the voice style, and I always enjoy Nicholas Briggs' performance as the Invasion Cybermen (and all his other Cyber-voices), but he explains in The Gates of Hell's behind the scenes that the producers could have used pretty much any Cybermen from Classic or New Who given that said story features both the Fifth and Tenth Doctors, but they got nostalgic during production and chose to go with the Invasion Cybermen. I agree with them that said Cybermen have great voices, but I was really hopeful that we'd get another Big Finish release with New Who Cybermen for a change, as the only release of theirs to use New Who Cybermen is UNIT: Cyber-Reality.
