Do you know if there is a way to show a Scripture on half of the screen and still show the pastor on the other half, like a vertical split screen? All of the scripture slides are created in photoshop and then dropped in to our drop box and then we just import the slide but they are always full screen slides. So currently, our live stream audience see the full screen slide and then we transition to the camera view, we'd like to change that with a vertical split screen.

Get the person creating your photoshop files to create them full screen but only taking up half the screen you want, then they can export it as a png (if you are getting your video feed as an input into propresenter then you are good to go..If not -> then you'll use luma keying, chroma keying (green screen) or alpha keying - If you use chroma keying then the side you want the pastor on should have a green colour to act as a green screen

Another options is using a SuperSource if your video switch allows you to use. Here is an example from our service this past Sunday using lower thirds and then full screen graphics with SuperSource. kzbin.infoouLloa3DQBA?feature=share&t=3250

If you set up an operator view then you can create a custom view to see ALL outputs at once. Here is a video from Renew Vision showing that. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eXe3f3yNf9B-jqs This is one of the first things I create on a new computer using propresenter7 at my church.

When you were adding actions to the slides, can you multiselect and just add once to whole set?

No, I was adding different props to each slide. Unless a new version of PP7 allows that function, that’s how this needs to be done.

Importing the PPTX file directly in PP7 as JPEGS is fewer steps and cleaner with fewer files floating around. Is there a reason it won't work for the props layer?

That is a question Renewed Vision would have to answer. Not a huge fan of ProPresenter. That’s for sure.
