Just for Clarity, If you are using the Upstream Key, there is no need to select DSK1 which is the down stream key Ironically, I jsut finished setting up our new ATEM Television Studio HD for this Monday

Luma key allow us to show videos as well? We really need help on sending out full-screen video/announcements on livestream, and also lower thirds lyrics on our PP7 through the ATEM Mini. Can we do that by changing the looks via an action on the video and announcement slides when they start?

Hey man, just a quick question about how you connect your normal propresenter out (projector) to your stream? Are you running 2 separate connections via HDMI to your ATEM from your computer? One for lower thirds and another for your videos ect?

I know this comment is 2 years old, but in case anyone is in this comment section is wanting to know the answer to this, I will clarify. You can do it all from one video signal into the switcher. The lyric slides (black background/white text) are being upstreamed over the camera feed. When you need to play a video on your livestream from propresenter, you would just select the propresenter channel on your atem and show the raw signal from propresenter and play the video. You would not upstream it. It would be something you have to adjust on the atem via the hardware, software, or using a macro.

We're experiencing a 2-3 second delay lag when we click between slides whenever the Lower Thirds theme is selected in "Edit Looks" for the Lower Thirds display. Do you know any way we can get rid of that lag by any chance?

Great video. Trying to use alpha keying in our setup. Have you done that since releasing this video? Not sure when using alpha keying if we have to do anything different with our images and/or videos to get them to show properly.

I really appreciate your video! We are starting a live stream process and I have ran into an issue. We have a 2018 Mac Mini that has 2 monitors, 2 front projectors, and a rear projector attached. I am trying to connect our ATEM Mini Pro via a usb-c adapter to HDMI, but the computer is not recognizing the ATEM. Do you think this is due to too many outputs on the Mac? What would be the best (budget friendly) option to add another output from Mac to ATEM? Thank you again!

Hi, natively the Mac Mini only supports two displays. I’m a little confused how you are getting 4 external displays going in the first place. The only way to bypass the display limitations would be to add a Blackmagic Decklink Duo2 and a external Sonnet PCIe chassis (or equivalent).

@@donodom3 Thank you for your reply! I was not part of the initial setup, but I do know that each of the projectors took a thunderbolt to VGA adapter. We are using ProPresenter 7 and i have been working with their support team as well. I will look into the Decklink and Sonnet as you suggested. thank you again!
