which one you would recommend someone to get out of Carbon fiber, Black Titanium, and Black Silicone rings and what's the difference between them.

It depends on what you're looking to get out of your ring. This is a great resource to learn about the pros and cons of our metals: manlybands.com/pages/a-mouthful-on-metals We'd also just mention that all of our rings automatically come with a silicone band if that has any weight in your decision, you can sort of get a two-for-one in that regard. Silicone bands are great to wear for someone who works a manual labor job where safety is a concern or when they're at the gym and want more comfort.
