We are gonna move live there in a couple of weeks in Juban Crossings it’s a very nice area but I’m worried about the crime 😢

I've lived in the area most of my life with no real issues. No city is crime free, but I never feel unsafe in my daily life.

Much of Denham Springs has pretty average incomes and is rather affordable and nice.

I shop from 9-2 the traffic is not as bad…. And no school zone .

cons: Look up the teen pregnancy rate, registered sex offenders, high school drop out rate. Livingston parish has always lived up to it's negative image.
