Things have changed ALOT in Loveland since this video! Chain Restaurants? We have a downtown Italian Restaurant, a couple really good Thai restaurants, Cafe Athena, Breweries with really good pub food… more comes all the time. Revitalised downtown since this video, new businesses all the time. We DO have a climbing gym and big community recreation center with indoor pools, weights etc. also hatchet throwing competitions! Good schools and church’s. Golf courses plural. Cyclists love Loveland!

I agree with the zoning about Loveland.
@LivinginFortCollinsColorado2 жыл бұрын
That's hard to correct, but areas of Loveland are really exciting to see the future.

I’m doing all this research about where to move to and I’m slowly coming to the conclusion that I could live in a cardboard box in a park and I’d be happy as long as I have that view lol
@LivinginFortCollinsColorado3 жыл бұрын
Haha! So long as that card board box has a window, toilet and front door?! ;-)

Harmony Rd.? That is in Ft. Collins, not Loveland.

Jobs? I've been retired since 2000. Again, 10 minute drive to Ft. Collins. 55 to Denver. Not much of a negative.

There's an easy cure for Fort Collins' traffic. Ride a bike! I own a house here but not a car.
@LivinginFortCollinsColorado3 жыл бұрын
The city is definitely set up nicely for bikers.

"Talking $hit about Loveland" Yup, I enjoy bugging my friend who bought in Loveland in 2010. He's always coming to Fort Collins for the events. I told him that "you should have just bought a house in Fort Collins". He got a much-better house for the money than I did - in 2009-2010, but I much prefer my location. Much better access to meetup groups, CSU, and the grocery stores.

Haha! Yeah! My first house was in Loveland. If I worked there or spent most of my time there, it would have been fine, but I work and spend my time here in Fort Collins. I wasn't a fan of the drive (although it really isn't that bad).
@CosmicStargoat2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, like it's really hard to get the 10 miles up to Ft. Collins.

@@LivinginFortCollinsColoradoHow’s traffic from FC to Loveland? Does it make sense to work in Loveland and stay in FC?

I been watching your videos over a year and decided to.move to Fort Collins, I tried to rent one of your properties and the lady kept playing games messaging about being approved and being not, just a wasted of time, nice videos but very bad experience.....

Hi Jose, I just talked with your wife and I’m very sorry for your experience. I was super confused when I saw this comment at first, but now makes sense. I am sorry you had a poor experience and we look forward to do better moving forward!

Great information - thank you! But I think the video could’ve been half as long and more concise
