Mavera is a community developed by Pulte on the south east side of Conroe Texas. Homes here are built by Pulte, Centex, and Beazer. I live in Artavia and have to take my kids to Mavera to swim. It’s pathetic, especially considering the amount in HOA dues I’m paying. 😢

I love Artavia, but not having a pool was a real headscratcher for me. I bet you're glad Mavera moved in next door. If it makes you feel better, I have heard they will be building a pool within the next 2 phases.

How’s the traffic with so much construction. How long will it take to get to the Woodlands downtown on a bad day? Or Conroe’s downtown ?

Rush-hour can be really bad getting into the Woodlands, especially at the intersection of interstate 45 and Highway 242. Conroe is much easier because you could take FM 1314 and there’s usually no traffic.

Nice video very informing. I live in Los Angeles county, California. everything is ver expensive pretty much. Mavera seems a very nice area to live, and nearby Dallas. Would you recommend moving in there for affordability and still having a decent lifetyle?

Hi Miguel. I lived in both LA and Ventura county and I can tell you it is much more affordable here! Check out some of the other videos on the Conroe Living Channel and you’ll see why I believe this area is one of the best for balancing lifestyle and affordability.

Unfortunately they don’t. Artavia does though they don’t have a pool. If you make a friend there you can be amenity buddies!

We are thinking about moving to Mavera, but if we have to listen to this music and the fast video of the insides we might go elsewhere. You need to rethink this video and start over again. It seems it was made by a young video and music want a be.
