Property taxes are higher than new jerseys. No way a person could retire here without millions.
@conroelivingАй бұрын
Though property taxes are higher than other states, it’s not exactly true that retirement in Texas is overly expensive. Between the homestead exemption, the senior exemption, and the school district tax cap, it can be very affordable to retire in a median Price house. For instance, one of my relatives who is in her 70s paid $100 total in property taxes last year.

Too much traffic now😔 back in 2010 traffic would build up to by what used to be kroger gas station but now is dutch bros now its goes past wells fargo bank. Plus alot of Houston drivers that drive like shit now in our town. And the funny thing is that people move out here for the small town feeling but wanna have soo many restaurants and retail shops. If you want that then stay in Houston…. Another thing is that they get offended when conservative show their pride…. What you expect…. Its a country city… you gonna get conservative people here😂

Philippines to Conroe Texas (continued abuse and manipulative tactics by U.S government Intelligence before the internet was created) Hate or prejudice isn't always connected to skin color or status. Here is an example of internal abuse of federal intelligence and its resources: In the 1980's a filipino navy recruiter had a child with a black woman. The couple were stationed by the military to Clark Airforce Base/ Subic Bay Philippines. Each parent would follow inner ear communications from federal intelligence. The navy recruiter placed his child in different homes where the child was placed alone with a strange man. Federal Intelligence CIA would have others who wore these inner ear communications to allow the child to make the initial comments and actions so that federal intelligence can begin documenting the behavior of the child. CIA would plan and coordinate the opportune events and scenarios to document and familiarize the child's criminal behavior by baiting or luring the curiosities of the child. Federal Intelligence took advantage of the navy recruiter's relationship to the black woman by eavesdropping on their intimate conversations. The analyst would have the capability to hear the conversations received between the couple and decided to plan a marital affair for the navy recruiter once the couple returned to the U.S. U.S Government Intelligence instructed the filipino navy recruiter to bring the 8-9 year old child to the navy office. There, the child would be expected to observe the office surroundings as another way for Federal Intelligence to observe what the child notices. Later federal intelligence presented themselves to the navy recruiter as being supportive of the affair that was happening. When the marital affair was happening federal intelligence communicated to the inner ear device of the black woman and had her drive back home and caught the affair that U.S intelligence actually arranged and supported. ( HERE, U.S INTELLIGENCE SPY ANALYST EAVESDROPPED ON THIS COUPLE AND BECAME JUDGE & JURY AND DETERMINE THE INSINCERITY OF THE RELATIONSHIP. FEDERAL INTELLIGENCE MEDDLED IN THE INTIMATE LIVES OF A COUPLE AND PLANNED THE BEST EMOTIONAL MENTAL ATTACK THAT WOULD EFFECT THE BLACK WOMAN BY LOCATING A YOUNGER MISTRESS FOR THE NAVY RECRUITER) The couple divorced and the federal intelligence guided the woman in locating a place to live. The woman not knowing that those who planned her ex-husband's affair was the same individuals who located the apartment to keep her and the child monitored under abusive manipulative psychological influences. These manipulative influences involves the use of assigning inner ear communications to the woman's family. The hidden surveillance within the apartment became a site for continued evaluations and situations to study the behaviors of those within the unit. A family member would be in room#1 as a guest would be in room#2 . Federal intelligence would conduct very manipulative tactics by giving certain individuals acting instructions / act to provide a false impression. The acting in room#1 while hidden surveillance would observe the behavior in. another room to see how the guest or other person is effected by the false impression. Throughs these approaches federal intelligence CIA FBI would be able to force a false idea or assumption onto their victim or target by given others specific inner ear instructions. The child's development & adolescence was also defiled by federal intelligence who instructed the navy recruiter to place the child in neglectful situations overseas and the same agency who planned the affair for the navy recruiter and the same agency who located a residence for the black woman . U.S federal Intelligence monitored the adolescent -teen and studied and documented the sexual preference of the adolescent-teen. There the adolescenct teen was seen to be a black crossdresser and today federal intelligence abuses the hacking & surveillance to continue their homicdal intention by coordinating an extreme form of public charades and carefully worded narratives to confuse and inflict paranoia on the victim who the agency attempted to homicide overseas in the 1980s' Hate is not always color race or status. Hate can be in the form of collusion and protecting the interest of tenured federal intelligence who has displayed internal bias and wrong-doing by their choice to abuse federal intelligence equipment and resources for their personal bias and prejudices.

Hey Jeff, just starting to follow your channel. We are currently living in the state of Washington and my wife is transferring to the woodlands, which is forcing me to retire. OH NO!! LOL Anyway I'm 100 percent disabled through the VA and I understand we are free from paying those pesky property taxes. Does that include the MUD tax?
@conroeliving3 ай бұрын
Hello and thank you for reaching out! First of all thank you for your service. Second of all, it is one of the biggest benefits of being a disabled vet. I have had five clients this year that were 100% disabled vets and the answer is yes. You pay zero in property taxes, MUD being one of those taxes. It is an amazing way to get into some of the nicest newer neighborhoods with the highest taxes because of muds, for significantly less than anyone else. If you’d like a conversation with one of my military clients who’s gone through the process, I would be happy to connect you. In the meantime, if you need help finding the right place or anything else related to the relocation, just reach out.

Willis just the next town in line on I-45 to be overrun and consumed by the sprawl of Houston. New Waverly will be next as as I-45 is expanded to 8 or 12 lanes. These small towns do not have the infrastructure, local roads and schools to support the development that is plopped down in their midst.

I stumbled on your channel and I appreciate the information. I actually opened the Marshalls store in 1994 in The Woodlands back in 1994 I worked around the Houston area as we were part of Klein ISD. The only thing that was there when I open that Marshall store was Target that was at the end as an anchor. I remember when they were taking the old spot where the blimp used to come in and they were feeling it in or whatever. I was recently back in Houston and went up towards the Woodlands could not believe. Although I look back and I've been gone since 2004 and I have to say it is utterly amazing . I hope everyone is making a strong comeback from the flooding in the storms. Even though I'm back in Louisiana, Houston, the woodlands, Conroe Karma humble will always be home. Oh yeah I forgot I closed the old Marshalls on 1960 in Humble and reopened it across the freeway to I'm very fortunate to work with a great group of people for a great group of people

Walden is a nice area but it is not a gated community as are others around the lake. Thus it can get pretty crowded on weekends and holidays.
@conroeliving6 ай бұрын
Yeah, though parts of Walden are gated, the community has a hole is not. It’s the largest single community on the lake with only one entrance so trying to gate it would be a nightmare. It’s definitely one of the downsides compared to some of the other neighborhoods on the lake.
@SlackerU6 ай бұрын
I haven't checked all the new neighborhoods but do not move into the Montgomery County Floodplain. Our Health Department has allowed sand-mines to install pond-levees for hazardous blue-chloride that was washed out of sand. The obstruction north of River Plantation is 1500ft across the center of the floodway. The county is suing these mines for dumping the excessive salts into Lake-Houston. People need to be aware that these industrial floodway obstructions can raise the water beyond the 500 year floods in less than 90 days & the county requires 3-5+ years to sue, though by then the mine is sold & the owner retired. .
