I grew up in MoCo and I have to say NoVa out beats MoCo in developments and attracting businesses. Also MoCo is not so safe to live in now. There is so much crime happening. I blame Marc Elrich who's an extreme left wing nut job. I wish MoCo would be the place people would want to move to; but even businesses pick NoVa over MoCo all the time now.
