Novi was fine, but is getting massively strained with the number of people moving there. It is often a nightmare just to get to the expressway. The roads simply cannot handle the number of people. Great if you like stop-and-go traffic everyday on normal roads: Beck, 10 mile, Grand River... they all clog up everyday. Luckily, it only happens during certain times... the times a working person may need to use them.

Novi tried to create a downtown, but it never developed properly. The 12 Oaks area is an auto dominated hodge podge. Roads never caught up to growth.
