In the spring, the trees shed a lot of pollen. Despite that, Rocklin is a great place to live because allergies are usually low once the pollen goes away. Where would you be location from?

Home price increase is the worst thing that can happen to a consumer.... Your property tax, insurance, and everything else you need in life also goes up..... So the trade-off is not worth it. We need to get off this idea that home prices going up is a good thing.
