disagree. i would say the driving is as good/bad as the surrounding areas (alhambra, east la, monterey park, rosemead, etc). easier to just say it's more affordable than pasadena which is ridiculous now. it is adjacent but rent prices are literally hundreds less. it's not just close to asian markets, it is close to EVERYTHING.

The city has alot of sub-areas where price & rent can drastically differ. Yes, the asian markets are a big attraction here in San Gabriel. Thanks so much for watching!
